OUR BREWER & BREWERY MANAGER: Michael

Born in Odendaalsrus, Freestate, & bred in Johannesburg, Michael Biljon joined the Brewhogs team in March 2020 as Brewer and Brewery Manager. This proud South African has 9 years of brewing and production management experience at Gilroy's Brewery, as well as experience in music production and sound engineering.
He is passionate about designing and creating things, whether they be new recipes, machines, or even a beautiful piece of furniture.
His future plans are to deepen his brewing knowledge and experience by pursuing a brewing diploma (IBD), all the while crafting some truly exceptional beers and making lifelong friends along the way.
